The Property Is the System
Placeholder deck — a hotel is not a building with software attached; it is a system of constraints that software either respects or fights.

Placeholder paragraph. This is where the argument opens — a concrete scene from a property, a number that doesn't add up, or a question the industry keeps answering badly.
Placeholder paragraph. The middle of the essay does the structural work: naming the parts of the system, showing how they are coupled, and tracing what happens when one of them is changed in isolation.
